Ok follow along because this beginning part may get tricky...Stefanie (my sister)'s husband Greg's brother Scott (got that?) and his wife Courtney (so Stefanie's brother/sister-in-law) recently became the aunt and uncle of a brand new baby niece. Unfortunately her arrival into the world was not picture perfect. Courtney's sister-in-law went into labor early this morning and delivered baby girl Schluter by emergency C-section this morning. During the delivery, the baby's umbilical cord was pinched and cut off oxygen. When the baby was delivered, she wasn't breathing. Right now she's on ventilators and the doctors aren't sure if she's going to make it or not. To make matters worse, Courtney's brother and sister-in-law had been trying to get pregnant for a long time and this is their first child...so not only did they have trouble getting pregnant initially but then this happens...
Any and all prayers would be very much appreciated for this beautiful little baby girl! We all know God can work miracles so let's hope and pray that baby girl Schluter will be His next miracle!
